Credit Card List

What You See

When you open Credit Cards from the Vault Hub, you see a scrollable list of your saved cards. Each entry shows:

• A credit card icon in a colored circle
• The card's nickname or cardholder name
• The masked card number (only last few digits visible)

At the top is a search bar. On phones, an "Add Card" floating button appears at the bottom right. On desktop, the screen shows a split view.

What You Can Do

Action	How
Search for a card	Type in the search bar — filters by name or card number
View a card	Tap it in the list
Add a new card	Tap the "Add Card" button
Edit a card	Tap the menu icon (⋮) → "Edit"
Delete a card	Tap the menu icon (⋮) → "Delete"
Go to folders	Tap the folders icon in the top bar

Credit Card Details

What You See

When you view a card, the detail screen shows:

Visual Card Display: A gradient card resembling a physical credit card, showing:

• The card's nickname (or "Credit Card") with a contactless icon
• The card number (masked by default, formatted with spaces when revealed)
• The cardholder name in uppercase
• The expiry date in MM/YY format

Metadata Chips:

• Created, Updated, and Last Accessed dates

What You Can Do

Action	How
Reveal the card number	Tap the eye icon next to the card number
Reveal the CVV	Tap the eye icon next to the CVV
Copy any field	Tap the copy button next to that field
Edit the card	Tap the edit icon in the top bar
Delete the card	Tap the delete icon in the top bar

Biometric re-authentication: If biometric unlock is enabled, revealing the card number or CVV requires you to authenticate with biometrics or your master password first.

Clipboard auto-clear: Copied data clears from the clipboard after 30 seconds.

Add / Edit a Credit Card

What You See

The card editor shows a form with a security notice banner at the top: "All card details are encrypted and stored securely on your device."

Field	Required?	Description
Nickname	No	A friendly name for this card (e.g., "Personal Visa")
Cardholder Name	Yes	The name as printed on the card
Card Number	Yes	The full card number (13–19 digits)
Expiry Month	Yes	Two-digit month (01–12)
Expiry Year	Yes	Four-digit year (current year to 20 years ahead)
CVV	Yes	The 3 or 4 digit security code (shown as dots)
Folder	No	Which folder to file this card in

How to Add a Credit Card

1. Tap "Add Card" from the card list or Vault Hub
2. Optionally enter a Nickname (makes it easier to find later)
3. Enter the Cardholder Name as shown on the card
4. Enter the Card Number — spaces are added automatically every 4 digits as you type
5. Enter the Expiry Month and Year
6. Enter the CVV (it's hidden as you type for security)
7. Optionally select a Folder
8. Tap "Save"

Validation

• Cardholder Name is required
• Card Number must be 13–19 digits
• Expiry Month must be 01–12
• Expiry Year must be a valid 4-digit year, not in the past, and not more than 20 years in the future
• CVV must be 3–4 digits

How to Delete a Credit Card

1. From the card detail screen, tap the delete icon
2. Confirm: "Delete Card?"
3. The card moves to Trash for 30 days
