Searching & Filtering

All Items Screen

What You See

You can access the All Items screen from the Vault Hub by tapping the "All Items" card, or from the Dashboard by tapping the "Total Items" statistic.

This screen shows everything in your vault — passwords, notes, cards, and documents — in a single unified list sorted by most recently updated.

At the top you'll find:

  • A search bar
  • Filter chips in a horizontal row: All, Passwords, Notes, Cards, Documents — each color-coded

Each item in the list shows:

  • A color-coded icon matching the item type
  • The item's name
  • A type badge (Password, Note, Card, or Document)
  • A subtitle (email for passwords, content preview for notes, masked number for cards, file extension for documents)

On desktop, the screen shows a split view — list on the left, selected item's details on the right.

Filtered Password Lists (from Dashboard)

What You See

When you tap one of the password health cards on the Dashboard (Weak, Reused, Old, or Exposed Passwords), you're taken to a filtered list showing only the affected entries.

At the top, a colored info banner shows:

  • An icon and count: e.g., "5 Items Found"
  • A description of the issue:
    • Weak: "Passwords that are too short or lack complexity"
    • Reused: "Passwords used across multiple accounts"
    • Old: "Passwords that haven't been changed in over 90 days"
    • Exposed: "Passwords found in known data breaches"

Below the banner is the list of affected passwords. For old passwords, each entry also shows its age (e.g., "3 months old", "1 year old").

If no issues exist in that category, you'll see a green checkmark with "All Clear! — No issues found in this category."

What You Can Do

ActionHow
View a passwordTap it to open the detail screen

This is a read-only diagnostic screen — you can view and navigate to entries, but can't add or delete from here. Go to the entry's detail screen to make changes.

Search Tips

Search works the same way across all list screens:

  • Real-time filtering: Results update as you type
  • Case-insensitive: Typing "gmail" finds "Gmail"
  • Multi-field search: Searches across names, emails, usernames, content, and other relevant fields depending on the item type
  • Clear button: Tap the X icon to clear the search and show all items again
